The voice of youth has been misrepresented, and with it one of the most powerful cultures in the world. VOYD, founded by Jeremy Hodges and myself, is a magazine focused on youth culture as it actually lives and breathes, never sensationalized nor altered for popular trends. We created the aesthetic in black and white because it represents people and their stories as they are, without anything between the lines.
Explore VOYD and stay connected to the latest in youth culture.
We created and directed the launch video to capture the lifestream of youth in free expression throughout a modern metropolis. Contrary to the common belief that inner city teens are simply gun-toting thugs or junkies, VOYD prefers to highlight creative expression to destroy dangerous misconceptions.
Shot and edited by our partners Andrew Henry and Underscore Films.
